Sugar Crepes from France

Welcome!
Today's recipe takes credit from Nintendo DS: "Personal Trainer: Cooking" and it is sugar crepes. I thought this was a pretty easy recipe to do, and a very good one at that! Crepes are like thin French pancakes, and you can serve them with most anything. I would recomend sugar (duh), honey, whipped cream, butter, fresh fruit, or even chocolate syrup! Be creative! This is a fun, creative recipe. So for dessert tonight, go french, with crepes!

How do I make sugar crepes??
Well, heres what you'll need...
Ingredients:
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 eggs
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup sugar (and extra sugar to spinkle on at the end!)
2 tbsps butter
A pinch of salt

You will also need.....
Measuring cups/spoons, A mixing bowl, a small bowl, a whisk, a frying pan, A ladle or small cup, a fine sieve, and plastic wrap is recommended.

Now for the cooking!
1. First, you need to put the flour in the the sieve and... sieve it (is that a verb?...) into the mixing bowl. (just in, the correct verb is to "sift" the flour. lol)
2. Next, whisk in a pinch of salt and 1/4 cup of sugar.
3. Break the eggs into a small bowl and beat them.
4. Make a dent in the flour mixture, and pour in the eggs! and mix it well.
5. Whisk it until the mixture is smoooooth. :)
6. Next, Add the Cup of milk to the mixture and mix it well.
7. Now, time to get out your frying pan, but dont get too excited, were not actually cooking yte :(. anyway, heat 2 tpsps of butter in the pan over low heat, and heat it until it is brown (but dont burn it!)
8. When the butter is a light brown, quickly pour it into the mixture and whisk it in. Then cover it with platic wrap and let it stand for HALF A DAY.
......H.A.L.F...A...D.A.Y.....do.do.do.......la.la.la.......hmmmm.......ding!...done!
9. okay, Place your frying pan over low heat.
10. Use ur ladel or small cup to pour a smal amout of the mixture into the frying pan.
11. Tilt the pan around to spread the mixture evenly across the bottom of the pan, the thinner the better!
12. When the batter begins to brown at the edges, use a fork to turn over the crepe (If your cooking skills are poor lie mine are, I prefer the fork assisted by a spatula...)
13. When both sides are brown, put the crepe on your dish and fold it into quarters (so it looks like a triangle) and sprinkle it with sugar.
14. Cook the rest of the crepes the same way, and sprinkle them with sugar too.
15. Now your crepes are ready to serve!

Get creative with your serving, this can be a very pretty dish. What i did was kind of over lap the crepes in a circle and but a small dipping bowl of honey in the middle of the circle. mmmm!

Happy Cooking!
